Governing Body Committee List
The quorum for each committee meeting is three governors. However, the Leadership & Management Committee requires a minimum of three non-staff/non parent governors to be on the membership, to ensure a quorum if discussing certain staffing issues. The Clerking of Committee meetings is to be undertaken by the School Business Manager or in her absence by governors, or members of the school office staff, as appropriate.
